Section 1

Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player") and 345bd ("the Platform") governing your use of the 345bd website, account system, games, betting markets, payment services, and all related features (collectively, "the Services"). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms are effective from the date of your first use of the Services and remain in force for as long as you hold an active 345bd account or otherwise use the Services. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the 345bd platform. 345bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Player Eligibility

To open and use a 345bd account you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout the period you hold an active account. 345bd reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify eligibility at any point.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement applies without exception to all players regardless of location.
• You must provide accurate personal information during registration, including your real full name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number registered in your own name.
• You may hold only one active 345bd account at any time. Opening additional accounts to claim multiple bonuses or to bypass a previous suspension is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on 345bd. If you are within an active self-exclusion period, you must not attempt to register a new account.
• You must use the platform for personal entertainment only. Use of the Services for commercial purposes, including operating a betting syndicate or acting as an agent for other players, is prohibited.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

When registering your 345bd account you are required to provide truthful, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date at all times. The following obligations apply to all account holders from the date of registration.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• 345bd will never contact you to ask for your full password by any channel, including SMS, email, phone, or messaging applications. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify 345bd support immediately and change your password without delay.
• Accounts are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. 345bd reserves the right to close any account found to have been transferred or used by a person other than the registered holder.
• 345bd uses SSL encryption to protect account data. However, you are responsible for ensuring the device and network you use to access 345bd are adequately secured. 345bd accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain device or network security.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 345bd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) via the mobile payment methods supported by the platform. 345bd does not accept international credit cards, bank wire transfers, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not explicitly listed as supported. The following rules govern all deposit and withdrawal activity.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Individual wallet providers such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay may impose their own per-transaction limits, which are outside 345bd's control.
• All deposits must originate from a mobile wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be rejected and refunded where possible; if a refund is not possible, funds will be held pending ownership verification.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile wallet used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification. 345bd targets 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals and up to 30 minutes for Rocket and Upay withdrawals. These are target times only and may be longer during periods of high demand or maintenance.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 345bd does not charge a withdrawal fee on its side. Any fee applied by the wallet provider's own network is outside 345bd's control and is the responsibility of the account holder.
• 345bd reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending KYC completion, where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, or where the withdrawal would result in a negative balance after pending bets are settled.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

345bd offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion. Where those specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail. The following general rules apply to all bonuses offered on 345bd.

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible players once only unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times by creating additional accounts is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion (the rollover requirement) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The rollover applies to the bonus amount unless the promotion states it applies to the combined bonus plus deposit.
• Not all games contribute equally toward meeting a wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion.
• All bonuses have an expiry period, after which any uncompleted wagering requirement and associated bonus funds are forfeited. The expiry period for each bonus is stated in the promotion. It is the player's responsibility to monitor their bonus status and expiry date.
• 345bd reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time where there is evidence of abuse or systematic exploitation. Where a bonus is cancelled after funds have been credited, the bonus balance and any winnings derived solely from that bonus will be removed from the account.

Section 6

Responsible Gaming

345bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow players to manage their gambling activity. The platform operates exclusively for players aged 21 and above. The following responsible gaming provisions are binding on all account holders.

• Every 345bd account holder has access to deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, and a self-exclusion tool. These tools are available from the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings and take effect immediately upon activation.
• A self-exclusion is permanent for the duration selected by the player. 345bd will not accept a request to reverse a self-exclusion before the selected exclusion period has elapsed. During a self-exclusion, 345bd will make reasonable efforts to block the excluded player from accessing the Services.
• If you believe your gambling has become problematic, please use the self-exclusion tool in your account settings, stop using the platform, and seek support from a trusted person in your life. 345bd encourages players experiencing difficulty to act early.
• 345bd may impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where it has reason to believe a player is gambling beyond their means or showing signs of problem gambling. Such restrictions may include mandatory deposit limits, forced cooling-off periods, or account suspension pending review.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 345bd. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to competent authorities where legally required.

• Fraud, cheating, or collusion with other players, including chip dumping in poker-format games, using software tools to gain an unfair advantage, or exploiting software errors instead of reporting them to support.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use 345bd to process funds derived from illegal sources, including structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds or using the platform as a pass-through payment mechanism with no genuine gambling intent.
• Opening multiple accounts for any purpose, including circumventing a self-exclusion or claiming multiple bonuses. All linked accounts will be suspended and all balances across those accounts subject to forfeiture.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any non-human means to interact with the Services, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes or odds.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward 345bd staff, other players, or live dealer personnel, including abusive language in live casino chat. 345bd reserves the right to remove chat privileges and suspend accounts in response to such conduct without warning.

Section 8

Intellectual Property

All content on the 345bd platform — including website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces provided under licence from third-party studios, and the 345bd brand name and trademarks — is the property of 345bd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, download, transmit, broadcast, or make any commercial use of any 345bd platform content without prior written consent from 345bd. Unauthorised use of 345bd intellectual property may result in account suspension and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 345bd's liability to you in connection with the Services is limited as follows.

• 345bd is not liable for any interruption to the Services caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including network outages, mobile wallet provider downtime, power failures, or acts of any governmental authority. During any such interruption, open bets will be settled as soon as reasonably practicable after the Services are restored.
• 345bd is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services, even if 345bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Where 345bd is found liable by a court of competent jurisdiction, its total aggregate liability for all claims arising in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 10

Amendments to These Terms

345bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 345bd will make reasonable efforts to notify active account holders via their registered email address or mobile number prior to the change taking effect. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the Services after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Services and may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. Account closure following a change in Terms does not entitle you to any compensation.
